Ingredients: 100% Bambara Groundnuts. Dry, cleaned and finely milled
Direction For Use:
- Mix flour with warm water to make a smooth batter.
- Add pal oil, pepper, seasoning, and salt to taste.
- Pour into heat-proof wraps or container and steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
