Direction For Use:
- SNACK: Eat directly as a chewy, nutty snack
- SOAK: For softer texture, soak in clean water for 6-12 hours before consumption
- BLEND: Use soaked tigernuts to make tigernut milk (Kunu Aya)
- BAKE: Grind into flour for baking or add to smoothies, cereals, and porridges
