One rehydrated and seasoned, it becomes a savory, flavorful meal enjoyed across Nigeria and beyond. Its not your typical salad. Its spicy, rich, and often served as  a street food, Party dish or cultural favorite

Ingredients: 100% Sun-dried Shredded cassava (Abacha)

  • No addictives

Direction For Use:

  • Rinse Abacha briefly under running water to remove dust
  • Soak in hot water for 5-10 minutes or in cold water from 15-20 minutes to soften
  • Drain and set aside
  • Mix with your preferred ingredients such as palm oil, ugba (oil nean), ground crayfish, pepper, onions, stock fish, cow skin (ponmo) and local spices
