Direction for Use:
1. For Baking & Cooking:
Substitute 10–50% of wheat flour with oat flour in bread, pancakes, cookies, and cakes for added nutrition.
2. For Porridge (Oatmeal Pap):
Mix ½ cup of oat flour with a little cold water to form a paste.
Add boiling water or milk while stirring continuously until thickened.
Sweeten with honey, fruits, or nuts as desired.
3. As a Thickener:
Add 1–2 tablespoons to soups, sauces, or gravies to enhance thickness.
4. In Smoothies:
Blend 1–2 tablespoons of oat flour with fruits, milk, or yogurt for a fiber-rich smoothie.
5. For Swallow (Oat Fufu):
Boil water, gradually add 1 cup of oat flour, and stir continuously until thick and smooth.
Serve hot with any soup.
